At Pros & Cons, we select and appoint the lawyers, tax experts, and auditors from our own corporate experience and project manage their advice so that our client’s costs are managed.

We also provide fund administration services and take care of all the registry, fund accounting, compliance and client service responsibilities. We assist with licenses procurement and employment pass quotas-related documentation to assist in application to the Malaysian Expatriate Services Division.

Zarina Suleymanova

Founder and Principal Consultant

Zarina Suleymanova is the founder of Pros & Cons Advisory and principal consultant with over 17 years’ experience working in the legal sector and international business environment in Malaysia. She hails from the Russian Federation and initially served as a legal researcher for a Malaysian law firm in 2002. She subsequently moved on to become a legal liaison between Malaysian and CIS companies, assisting in a few major projects in Oil & Gas, property development and entertainment.

At present, Zarina holds a Malaysian Resident Pass Visa. She is the legal advisor of a foreign-owned group of companies in the Food & Beverage and Retail sectors in Malaysia. She is well-versed in Russian and English and commands extensive working knowledge and application of Company Law, Conveyancing and Corporate Practises, Labour Law, Anti-competition Law and Malaysian Immigration Rules and Regulations amongst others.

Zarina has always been passionate about real estate being active as a private investor for a decade and instrumental as a consultant to Russian-speaking investors and business owners in Malaysia. She is now a real estate negotiator registered with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers and is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Estate Agents.

Zarina holds an MBA in Finance with a distinction from the University of Nottingham, LLB (Hons) from the University of London and is qualified as a lawyer by Omsk State University, Russian Federation and Tashkent State Institute of Law (now University),  Uzbekistan.
